Bachelor In Paradise Premiere

 The Bachelor may have just won my attention back after tonight’s Bachelor in Paradise premiere.  I had lost interest after Juan Pablo’s season and tried to get into Andi’s but just couldn’t decided if it was worth my time. Needless to say though, after tonight’s episode, I’ll be sitting in front of the tv on Monday’s nights with my glass of wine cheering for these crazy people looking for love once again.

Bachelor in Paradise is a spinoff of The Bachelor or The Bachelorette where the biggest stars and most controversial contestants off the show get a second chance at love as they explore new relationships in Mexico.  They all left “The Bachelor” or “The Bachelorette” with broken hearts, but now they are back to find their soul mates. The show began tonight begins with 13 former cast members, seven women and six men, who travel to beautiful Tulum, Mexico hoping to turn a potential summer fling into the real thing. However, in true “Bachelor” fashion, there is always a surprise.

On tonight’s episode looking for love a second time around, the “Bachelor in Paradise” cast arrives in gorgeous Tulum, Mexico ready to mingle. Welcomed by Chris Harrison, they quickly get to know each other at a Bachelor-style arrival party located on the beautiful white sandy beach of their private oasis. One by one, all the women and men showed up and introduced each other. But Ben arrives, no one is happy to see him, and nobody greets him. Finally Lacy Faddoul offers him a drink. Marcus knows that Ben is a “bad boy” and he doubts he is there for the right reasons. Next Michelle Kujawa arrives, and her greeting isn’t exactly warm either. Robert arrives next, followed by Dylan Pettit. Elise Mosca is the next girl to arrive. Elise barely says hello to everyone before she is convinced that she is in love with Dylan. Ashlee Frazier is the last girl to arrive, and is thrilled to see Graham since she joined the show just to meet him. Shortly after the party gets going, Chris Harrison interrupts to explain the rules of paradise, including one shocking detail – at the end of each week, anyone who is not in a romantic relationship will be sent home — this week the men will hand out a rose to someone they’d like to spend more time getting to know. The women who do not receive roses will leave paradise forever. With that, the anxiety amongst the women immediately intensifies as they begin to evaluate the eligible men.

Clare Crawley (Juan Pablo’s season), This “friendly” hairstylist went home on the last episode on JP’s season, but had made a name for herself before the finale by giving her lady flowers to JP in the ocean while other girls were sleeping near by. She is back on this show, but seems less slutty this time. She did make it clear that she didn’t want to leave her “Clareadise” at the first rose ceremony though.

AshLee Frazier ( Sean’s Season) This professional organizer was the very emotion girl who revealed her love for Sean very early on his season. Her crazy fast love affairs seem to follow her onto this show, and so does her crazy personality.

Sarah Herron (Sean Lowe’s season),  She was the girl born with one arm that won over America quickly. She scored the first one on one date with Sean and is ready to be brave on this show and go after what she wants.

Elise Mosca (Juan Pablo’s Season) This sweet teacher was sent home after refusing to pose nude during a charity photo shoot for dogs. We all remember her as the poor girl who had to wear that fire hydrant costume.

 

Dylan Petitt (Andi’s Season) He was sent home just shy of a hometown date with Andi last season, but isn’t being shy this time! He is ready to get his girl!

Ben S. (Desiree’s season) The single dad caught Desiree’s attention and America’s on night one by bringing his adorable son along in the limo. He didn’t get along with the other cast mates and many labeled his on the bad boy that season. According to ABC, “Ben is looking to rehab his image and meet someone who sees the real him.”

Robert Graham (Desiree’s Season) This baby face didn’t find love with Desiree, but he is quickly make friends in Paradise. I doubt he will be going home alone from this show.

 Graham Bunn (DeAnna’s season), The pro basketball player was sent home on DeAnna’s season leaving her in tears because he never opened up to her. He later hit things off with Michelle Money on The Bachelor Pad. He has all the women’s attention on this show from day 1, but he got “wifed” up quickly by a certain crazy one.

Marcus Grodd (Andi’s season), We all know gorgeous Marcus after just seeing him strip twice for Andi on this past season’s show. Unfortunately, he left broken hearted and starts this show with his guard up.

 

Marquel Martin (Andi’s season), He had Andi’s attention for a while on her season, but ended up being sent home. He was definitely a fan favorite though with his gorgeous smile and good looks.

Daniella McBride (Sean’s season), I don’t even remember this girl but she made it to episode 6 of her season. She certainly made a name for herself with the audience tonight with her whitty comments to the camera.

Lacy Faddoul (Juan Pablo’s),  No one knows Lacy because she was sent home night one! That didn’t matter for the guys on this show though, because she immediately caught everyone’s attention.

Michelle K (Jake’s Season) was label the crazy person after she repeatedly demanded attention and kept threatening to leave. Jake finally sent her home after she begged him to kiss her. She was on the bachelor pad, but didn’t find love there either.

So right away, Lacy grabs Robert they head out to the ocean and she wraps her legs around him. All the other girls are shocked by how aggressive she is being. Later everyone sits down for dinner and Marcus heads out swim in the ocean by himself, he still isn’t over Andi Dorfman, and isn’t ready to party with everyone else.

When Lacy sees Marcus in the water, she runs out to join him. Sarah Herron thinks that Lacy is being trashy going in to the ocean with more than two guys in one night. Robert jokes that Marcus is stealing his girl. After Lacy is done swimming with Marcus, Robert steals her back and they sit on the beach together. Meanwhile Clare and Marcus sit on the beach and watch Elise and Dylan make out in the ocean.

Day 2 arrives and AshLee scores some quality time with Graham and they head down to the beach. She confesses to him that the only reason she came was so that she will see him, and he is shocked since they never met before. The first date card arrives and it is for Clare. She runs down to the beach and invites Graham to go to the ruins with her. Graham accepts her invitation and says he is “pumped.” AshLee bursts into tears and runs upstairs crying, devastated that Graham accepted Clare’s invitation. Sarah and Daniella think that AshLee is certifiably crazy because she is so upset over Graham and hasn’t even known him for 24 hours. Clare heads outside when she sees AshLee crying and sits down on some stairs and frantically fusses about drama and fire ants to the raccoon near by.

Clare heads back to the house and sits down with AshLee and asks her why she is so upset. Clare insists that she had no idea AshLee liked Graham and offers to take someone else to the ruins on the date. Clare heads outside and tells Graham that she can’t take him and then invites Rob on the date with her instead.

Clare and Rob head to the Mayan Ruins, and begin trying to scale the wall. Graham walks through a fire ants’ nest and is covered in hundreds of ants. After he strips his shirt off they head up to the top and take pictures of themselves standing on the cliffs. Afterwards they head down to the beach and decide to go for a dip in the ocean.

Later that night Lacy has a meltdown because both of the guys she is interested in have been spending time with other girls. She heads down to the beach with Rob, and he reassures her that while he was on a date with Clare he didn’t even kiss her and he is still interested in Lacy. While they are on the beach the rest of the house is shocked when a new houseguest arrives, Michelle Money. Daniella is automatically upset because she realizes that two women are going to go home instead of one. Michelle announces that she has a date card, and then says that she needs to talk to Graham in private.

Michelle and Graham head down to the beach, to discuss what happened between them on Bachelor Pad. They do their stupid secret handshake and spend some time getting reacquainted with each other. The next morning Michelle contemplates who she will take on a date with her. AshLee heads to the beach to talk to Graham, she knows that if he doesn’t give her a rose, none of the other guys will.

Michelle Money takes her date card down to the beach and asks Marquel to join her. He happily accepts. They head out on their date and are surprised with horseback riding on the beach. Marquel has never ridden on a horse before, and is off to a bumpy start. After a while they take a break and go for a dip in the ocean together.

During the night’s cocktail ceremony, the men all kept it cool since they were handing out the roses, while the women ran around crazy trying to get the men to promise them a rose. Michelle K surprised everyone by leaving during the rose ceremony by choice, and then said maybe she had already found love to the cameras in the car on her way home... 

Marquel's rose went to Michelle Monies, Graham's rose went to AshLee, Dylan's rose went to Elise, Marcus gave his rose to Lacy, Robert's rose went to Clare, and Ben's rose went to Sara sending Daniella home. 

Bachlorette Recap Night 2 Andi

One word basically sums up the entire Monday night episode of The Bachelorette: STOP!

Andi started off her season with 19 guys who all at this point seem pretty obsessed with her. She chose Eric the Explorer for the first one on one date in which they spent half the day on the beach and then were whisked away by helicopter to a mountain to go snow boarding together. Lucky for Andi, Eric the Explorer is good at Everything and was able to help teach her how to be a pro too. She picked him up in her fancy sports convertible car and drove to the beach, and this is where her key phrase started, STOP! Of what we saw of their date, she was not shy of using the word to let Eric know how impressed she was at his exciting life including him saying his siblings were married with kids…
 

A big missed opportunity of the night for Andi was when pro snow boarder Louie Vito taught her how to snow board and she couldn't respond to his gentle touches as he guided her around the snow.

The second date card invited 14 guys to “bare our souls” which they automatically decided meant they were getting naked. And boy oh boy were they right! Since Andi was awkwardly embarrassed last season with Juan Pablo’s dog photo shoot for charity, she decided to do the same thing for guys this season by making them the entertainment of the night at a male strip club. Not exactly sure how I feel about these because I really didn’t know they existed!

Of course the pro baseball player Josh was included in that group date, because Andi was imagining him taking his clothes off on night 1 of them first meeting. During the date, he quickly was the first to give her lap dance while Craig creepily watched in the background wishing he would have had that idea first. Speaking of Craig, he was checking out the other guys all day instead of focusing on Andi. He even asked the women backstage for an extra towel to stuff in his speedo!

The best thing about the strip club date was that Andi invited two friends from last season to enjoy this date with her, My favorite Kelly the Dog Lover, and also the opera singer Charlene.

After their early afternoon strip club date, all the guys and Andi went back to the house for I assume dinner and drinks, but all we saw was Craig getting really drunk and talking more about the guys he was intimidated attracted by. The little one on one parts that we saw was Josh bragging, or what he thought was conversation about him being an ex pro baseball player and him not wanting that stereotype. Stu was watching this part with me and quickly pointed out that sports run in their family because he looks just like his brother that played for UGA. I was less interested in the sports part of it, but more on the fact that when I was 18 years old, he was probably my dream guy! Oh how times change!!

The third date card and one on one date was given to my favorite, Chris the Iowa Farmer. I quickly texted Bri when I saw his outfit getting out of the car to meet Andi because he was in shorts, a tee shirt and some bright green flip flops that didn’t match his outfit at all. He looked like he was getting ready to go out on the lake and definitely not to a horse race. Luckily Andi planned ahead and had him a dressing room ready full of suits and ties that were his size.

Their horse race date was complete with an adorable old couple who gave their relationship advice to Andi and Chris.Andi seemed to really enjoy her company on the date, and I fell more in love with him already! He really seems like a genuine guy there for the right reasons, but as much as I love him, I hope he doesn’t last long with Andi so him and Bri can make a love connection for theirselves in Iowa! I have already began arranging this by sending him a friend request on facebook . Yes… I know what youre thinking. That’s Creepy, but its not because I am doing it for a friend!!

In the end, the rose ceremony was like every other showing the intense moments of the guys night while standing in that chorus line set up waiting to be given a rose for the night. Andi sent three guys home including Creepy Craig, Carl the hipster and Nick S who looked like a whole different person with his cute little beanie hat on.

My favorite is definitely Chris because I want him to date Bri, but for Andi, my favorite is Marcus. She made that poor guy do a solo at the strip club and he was clearly one of the  most nervous there! I think that Andi’s favorite continues to be Josh, but possibly JJ, who I bet will get a one on one date next week!

The Bachelorette Recap - Night 1 Andi

It’s that time of year again! You can bet that I was sitting in front of the TV last night at 9:25 waiting for The Bachelorette to come on at 9:30!

The bachelorette this season is a fan favorite, Andi Dorfman. She is a southern girl from Atlanta, GA and is famous for telling Juan Pablo off last season and leaving after being in the top 3.

She seemed beyond excited last night to be paraded with 25 new men to find a husband in.

First out the car was Marcus, and 25 year old from Texas who Andi describe as HOT! 

Next came Chris from Iowa. I didn’t at first like this guy, but after they sat down and had a chance to talk, I really liked him! I already told my friend Bri that if it doesn’t work out for him and Andi, I would try to creep on him and get her a date since she lives in Iowa J

There must be something about Andi liking guys from California, because she was no short of Cali boys. JJ, who was her first pick during the rose ceremony, got out of the car wearing a bowtie and seemed a bit goofy to me. In his first 30 seconds of meeting Andi, he told her “that he hopes she has a noble quest to find true love”… apparently this guy was a knight in his past life and the bowtie is just an updated version of his tin armor.

Next came Tasos who made a great first impression on Andi, but unfortunately didn’t get the first impression rose. He talked about traveling and how he wanted to go to some bridge in Paris where you leave a lock with your lover. So he came prepared and brought a lock with him! They walked behind the fountain that sits right in the front of the house and attached the lock on the rod iron gate behind it. Cute first start I guess, but I’m sure after everyone went inside, the lock was cut off the gate!

Cody, who happens to be a personal trainer, pushed the limo full of men up the hill to meet Andi. He is from IL, but looks like he should be from Cali with his beach blonde hair and ripped body!

Rudie the attorney unfortunately didn’t make it through the rose ceremony and was a bit creepy when it came to his one on one with the camera at the end. He said, “Everyone in my life said oh my god, you’re going to get married and have kids. But I guess she doesn’t feel the same way. I mean I guess she just wasn’t attracted to me.” This one had potential to be a stage 5 clinger, so good for her that she got him off quick!

Nick, from IL, got the first impression rose for the night. He got out of the car and Andi complemented on how she liked his polka dot tie and he looked so nice. He didn’t seem like anything special to me, but I guess she liked him!

And then there was Emil… This poor guy should change his name because it is pronounced like anal with an M, and that is how he described it to Andi. Looks like she decided early on that she couldn’t marry someone with a name like anal, so she sent him home during the rose ceremony.

Brett is a hairstylist who confused everyone and brought a lamp for Andi from his hotel room. He said that his momma always told him to greet a girl with something, so too bad he didn’t remember that before he got to his hotel room…

A buff guy named Josh M, who also happens to be from Atlanta, impressed Andi from his first step out of the car. He is a pro baseball player and she was attracted to him from the beginning. She confessed to the camera later that he is “totally my type.” He was the first to get some one on one time with her and even took off his jacket for her! Nailed it J During her time with him she was quizzing him and made sure that he liked sushi because she said she could eat sushi 7 days a week!

Marquel did a super cute cookie tasting with her during their one on one time! He said that he was sure she had done a wine tasting before, so they would do a cookie tasting instead!!

All the guys got along well, except for two guys who really hit it off! 

Andrew and Patrick have already began a bromance, and admitted it to the camera that they have something special… they may or may not have just found their soul mate tonight on the show in Andi.

Many guys seemed to have something different about them from everyone else, so she seemed to easily be able to drop the first 6 from the group. Most left gracefully, but there is always a crazy in the group! Josh B left very upset that he had just wasted his time here and now bruised his ego.

Over all the guys who were picked on the first night, I am guessing now that top 5 will be Marcus, Josh from Atl, Chris from Iowa, Nick from IL, and JJ J

Bachelor Recap Night 6

My short recap of this episode:

• Juan Pablo got a vocabulary lesson from a few of the girls. “Frazzled”, “Bolt”, and “You Don’t Waste Time”
• He thinks with his tongue and penis over his eyes and heart.
• Juan Pablo ranks the girls on how blonde their hair is and how well they can kiss.

So tonight’s show really got me thinking about how easy I can sit here and write about The Bachelor, but when I was in school, it took me so long to write two pages of something else. Clearly that means that my opinions are other places… therefore this post of very much what I felt during tonight’s show!

 It started off with Clare being her whiny and annoying self. Cassandra is getting a lot of air time this show, and if I know these Bachelor Producers, then it means she is getting sent home!!

Andi got the first one on one date in New Zealand and all of the girls threw knives at her with their eyes! Cassandra and Renee are really realizing how much they miss their sons. It is really setting in this week to them that their boyfriend has 7 other girlfriends!

Juan Pablo said that every time he goes out with Andi on group dates, he likes it and wants to talk to her more… well then why has it taken him this long to take her on a one on one date!!! They went on a speed boat and then found their way into some hidden cave with a waterfall so that he could hold her in the water and attempt to eat her face. The way that he kisses these girls makes thing that he secretly wishes he was a vampire.

I am not sure where they are in New Zealand, but wherever their dinner is, it must be cold because they are all bundled up. A huge geyser exploded while they were trying to eat dinner, so their food was a no go. Good for Andie though, JP remembered to zip the rose up in his jacket so he was able to give it to her before the date was over.

During Andi’s date, the second date card came in and Cassandra was beyond pissed that she didn’t get the one on one date, but instead Clare did.  Today is Cassandra’s 22^nd bday!!! I don’t know about you, but that blew my mind!! She has a son and came on the show when she was only 21 years old… I mean what?!

All the girls got out of their little jeep on the group date and the wind was blowing like crazy! Kat makes the comment that they are all dressed and ready for wind, yet they all have their hair down…They sit down for a romantic picnic with their boyfriend, and 5 of his other girlfriends and Chelsi is the first to ask him for some alone time. I have not been a fan of Chesli since the beginning, but lord, bless her heart tonight! She walks off with JP and says “This is my favorite place. It reminds a lot of Ohio.”

After lunch, they went and played in some giant hamster inflatable balls and rolled around some hills. Looks like a lot of fun, or maybe a lot of puke. Not my cup of tea I suppose.

For dinner, he took them to what I thought was Snow White’s House or maybe Goldie Locks cottage, but it ended up being a place where they had filmed Lord of the Rings. The girls surprisingly seemed super excited about being there, especially Sharleen.

JP apparently likes to kiss Sharleen because he literally was like “hey, how are you doing?” and then stared kissing her!!! He constantly tells all the girls to not question themselves and to make the best of everything… but like come on, how many girls are we keeping this rose ceremony Juan?

Before JP handed the rose out, he asked Cassandra to walk outside and talk with him… OUCH! He just sent her home on her birthday. As Juan Pablo walks back into the fairy tale cottage, he explains that he knew Cassandra wasn’t right for him, and he didn’t want to wait until the rose ceremony to keep her away from his son. All the girls seemed to be a little upset and teary eyed, except for Sharleen. Because she got the rose!

Clare starts out on her one and one and thinking that she deserves an “I’m Sorry” from Juan Pablo today. Let’s think about this Clare… You are mad that you had sex with him and he is worried about his daughter now seeing it on TV. She then goes on and is like well did I do something wrong!? I mean what are my boundaries. Gahhh this girl is cray!!!! JP keeps going on about how sexy Clare is and hot she makes him… Blah. I’m sure that has nothing to do with what they did last week though.

I lost interest after they made up and started playing with Tipsy till I saw Chris Harrison come on the screen.

Nikki says she likes a man in pink underwear and then says she likes JP and when he asked her why she likes him she said “I just do”, and he kisses her… If you could only see my face!!! Please just name one reason for me Nikki, just one!!

The rose ceremonies are getting really emotional for Juan Pablo because he is having to send home girls that he hasn't gotten a chance to make out with yet. 

Clare is stupid happy that he sent Kat home tonight. She couldn't wipe that stupid smile off her face.

Bachelor Recap Night 5... FAIL

So I missed last weeks Bachelor recap, but I am on my game tonight blogging as the show airs! I must warn you though, if you get offended easily, I don’t care. This is how I feel!

First off, I love this show! … this season, not so much. I think it’s that I really just don’t like Juan Pablo though. Especially after watching tonight’s episode. This was literally my face half way through...

Tonight everyone flew from South Korea to Vietnam for this week’s adventures of love. All the girls seemed to get settled in nicely, after last week’s awkward villain moments with Nikki.

Renee was chosen for the first one on one date. They shopped in some kind of market and he even took her to a dress store where they made a special dress for her! She went back and got the dress before dinner and it looked stunning on her! She seems to really be falling for him and always thinking about kissing him, even though it hasn’t happened yet. During dinner, Juan Pablo really connected with her, and he even said he could see a future with her. After dinner, JP gave her a rose, but failed to deliver on the kiss. He did have good reasons behind it because he said he didn’t want her son to watch and thing he is getting a new step dad…

While Renee was on her date, the girls sat at home and pondered who would get the other one on one date as always. Andi is going a little crazy over getting time alone with Juan Pablo. She was chosen for another group date though, while Nikki got it instead.

The group date started with all the girls meeting Juan Pablo at the water to start their day in some bamboo boats. JP told them to all pair off, so they all had a buddy except for Clare. Well in the words of Kelly, “That’s the first time in anyone’s life that having no friends is to their advantage.” I totally agree! Clare is getting to be the attention hog of the group. Once they got off their boats, they walked to a Vietnamese families house and had lunch after picking it themselves. They literally were given hats and bowls and then sent to the field to pick different vegetables.

So yet again, they all magically change into their dresses for dinner. They all were sitting around a table outside ready for some one on one time with JP when he asked to talk to Clare first. After he had spent most of the day with her, grabbing her first pissed off most of the girls. He surprisingly took her to his suite and they got in his pool… what the what?! I can’t even imagine how they walked back to the group after that.

The rose on the group date was pretty intense! All the girls were crazy mad when he gave it to Clare! Danielle and Alli are continuing to get overlooked on these group dates, but other girls like Kat, Chelsi and Cassandra didn’t seem to stand out either. Kelly has some of the best commentary and facial expressions for everything. I want her to stay on the show just for her attitude at this point. JP is getting too predicable and is kinda annoying me at this point.

All the girls went back home and talked about how tired they were, so Clare took advantage of that and took off to his suite! They got their bathing suits on and went swimming… Wait no. Clare said it was magical and she just let her self go. I mean what?! Congratulations on looking like a slut on national tv Clare AND Juan Pablo. Looks like next time she gets out of a limo, she won't have to fake a pregnancy. I believe the ocean had a condom for you too. 

I am so confused after what just happened… I am finding myself utterly disgusted with JP at this point as he goes to his date with Nikki even though I am not a fan of her. The only thing pretty about her today is her hair. I wonder if the producers tell them what kind of clothes to bring, because they all seemed to have the same Daisy Duke shorts and cut off tank tops with tennis shoes.

Anyways, he takes Nikki to this cave, and they climb down to the bottom of it. Of course she was the damsel in distress and cried a bit before they started their journey. They made it down quite a bit and she started to freak out, so as always, JP gives his magic kiss and makes it all better. And wouldn’t you know… they finished and she felt so great about her self. Ugh… way to go Nikki! Way to suck.

On a good note for her, she is pediatric nurse, and that is no easy job. She has to be some kind of a good person, and have a heart, to have that job! She had many good things to say during their talk tonight so I guess she deserved the rose tonight.

Juan Pablo made the rose ceremony night very tense by walking in and saying he was going to send home three girls tonight. He pulled Renee aside and they walked off to talk. In the middle of her sentence, he grabbed her face and started slobbering all over it. Renee was beyond excited and went off dancing to the cameras about it. You go girl!!

Next Juan Pablo pulled Clare aside and told her that the other night was weird for him because he is trying to be as fair as possible. … So does that mean he wants to sleep with all the other girls now too? I think that Clare just went down in JP’s list. I know she went to the bottom of mine. He went on to say that his daughter was going to see this episode and not like it because of his actions. Is it crazy to me to think that a 5 year old wouldn’t know what was going on in the ocean? I mean I wouldn’t have understood when I was 10 years old!!

When he finally walked back to the all the girls, there was a weird, tense vibe going on and they know something is up! … so far no one has found out about Juan Pablo and Clare’s sexcapade, but I can only imagine everyone seeing this tonight!! Women Tell All… here we come!

Last Season: Sean and Catherine wait to have sex until marriage and are adorable! This Season: Sex on episode 5 and they are disusting. 

With Renee, Clare and Nikki already having roses, Juan Pablo called Sharleens name first with Cassandra to follow. Then Chelsi, Kat and lastly Andi. Goodbyes went out to Danielle, Alli and I am so sad to say Kelly!

Bachelor Recap Night 3

So last night episode of the bachelor was interesting because I watched it a friend’s apartment with three girls! Megan is a fellow bachelor fan, so she knew most of what was going on, but LC and Andie giggled most of the time and made fun of the girls! This is what I got out of the show last night…

Cassandra got chosen to go on the first one on one date of the night. Juan Pablo took her on some kind of car that you can drive on water. It looked like they were having fun and seems like something that not many people have a chance to do. But Jesus is still cooler than you Juan Pablo.

After their water ride, they went to some house that I am not sure of because LC and Andie were busy planning their own Bachelor show of Greenville. I guess dinner went well because Cassandra started showing pictures of her 1 year old son to JP and then mentioned that she hadn’t been in love for 3 years. I know I am not great at math… but that doesn’t add up to a baby?!

When dinner was over I caught a little awkward dancing in the kitchen. We now know that Cassandra was not chosen to be a NBA dancer for her dancing skills… #SorryNotSorry. But yet again, Juan Pablo found her so attractive and gave her a rose!

JP chose 10 girls for the group date and took them to a professional soccer field. After teaching them how to play soccer, he split them up on to two teams for a game. Of course all girls wore glittery gold sports bras and knee high socks, but the real competition was to see who could roll their shorts the shortest! Sharleen got hit in the head and knocked down quite a few times during the game, so I assume that’s what knocked her crazy later… 

After the game, all the girls magically got showered and dressed up nice for some extra time with JP. Nikki got the first one on one time with him during the group date and seemed to rub off really well because she got the rose of the night. Next Andi and JP went off in to the concession are and made out for little before heading back to the group. Juan Pablo grabbed a blanket and invited Sharleen to go to the center of the field to spend some time. For someone who said on the first night that she wasn't interested in him, I guess things are changing. She forcefully shoved her tongue in his mouth while the other girls watched from above. It was so awful, it was hard to watch. 

 Chelsi was next up for the one one one date with Juan Pablo. Her date card said "Do you trust me?" and she seemed to get all excited about that. I am of course she trust her boyfriend that is also dating 13 other girls... 
They danced in the car on their way to get some lunch and then he took her to a bridge to bungee jump. After crying for what seemed like 20 mins, she finally decided to jump on the bridge with him. JP then told her thank you (for trusting him, or jumping off with him?) and they started to make out upside down...  So spiderman of them! 

They then had a nice fancy dinner all set up for them. Chelsi was dressed in her favorite Forever 21 dress and even said that it doesn't feel real to be going on dates like this. Well you are correct Chelsi because ABC doesn't pay for dinner when the show is over! They talked over dinner, blah blah blah, he said she had "a matherly instinct", and then he gave her a rose. 

 The next morning JP came over the mansion to make breakfast for the girls, and have a day around the house with all of them. Kelly was the first to find him downstairs cooking, but she didn't even make an effort to go give him a hug!!! She came down to take Molly out and then ran back up stairs "to put her face on". 
After breakfast they all got ready for the pool. Kat got extra ready by pushing her boobs up a little bigger in her bikini though. Clearly Juan Pablo noticed because she spent 30 mins sitting with her crotch on his shoulders. 
Most of the girls are really getting jealous now and realizing that other girls are getting more time with JP than they are. 
Sharleen had to take her turn to go over and try to steal a kiss from Juan Pablo again. They went and sat on a bench on the other side of the pool and were holding each other. He was making kissy faces at her and they kissed a little bit, but he turned her down quickly by putting his hand in front of her face. She said he was being a tease, but maybe it's just the fact that she is a horrible kisser! I am shocked to say that Sharleen is turning out to be the one that girls don't like in the house because she of her slutty tendencies.  Funny because no one saw her as competition for a mile away! 

With three girls already having roses from dates, he gave ten more roses away and sent home Lucy and Christy. 

I was not a fan of Lucy until this episode... I picked on her the past two shows because she was just crazy, but this time, she really just seemed like a nice girl. She didn't start any drama, or talk bad about anyone during her three show debut. And she had one of the nicest leaving speeches that anyone has ever said leaving the show. "I hope that everyone here finds what they are looking for because they all deserve it." - Lucy  During the show Megan also informed us that on Lucy's profile on the Bachelor.com, it revealed that the funnest thing that she has ever done was organize an naked dance party of 50 people on a beach in Mexico... 

Bachelor Recap Night #2

Tonight was the first two one on one dates with Juan Pablo and the first group dates. Not all girls get chosen to go on dates, so unfortunately Amy, Sharleen and Danielle didn't get a date at all.



Clare was chosen for the first one on one and her date card said "let's chill". JP picked her up and blind folded her to take her to his winter wonderland date. They went sledding, had a snow ball fight, and JP went ice skating while Clare really struggled at it. I am not sure that she had a great talk with him (mostly because my grandma called and I was talking to her) because all she seemed to do with giggle the entire time. Well I guess that worked out for her because she got the first rose of the night!

Kat got the next one on one date card. JP remembered that on the first night she told him that she was a dancer, so he found a date that was perfect for her. They flew to Salt Lake City, Utah and started a huge rave style race. They were decked out in neon clothes and glow sticks leading everyone in the race. There was techno music playing and Kat fit right in with the crowd and showed off her dance moves. They looked like they were having a blast together and make such a cute couple!

The group date card came in and 13 girls were chosen to "say cheese". Juan Pablo took them to a photo shoot with a good cause behind it. They each got to choose a dog, and depending on the dog they chose, the got their wardrobe. Kelly ended up having a get painted up like her dog, and Chelsi was in a huge afro to match hers.

Andi and Elise were going to have to wear a cardboard sign as their outfit, but Elise traded with Lucy, so she wore a fire hydrant instead. Lucy was more than happy to be naked, so she felt the need to take her dog on a walk outside for everyone to see her free spirit self.

Cassandra really stepped out tonight and made a name for herself! She had a great photo shoot on the group date, and then came out to JP during the date part and said she has a two year old son. I feel bad for her because she had a meltdown before the rose ceremony. JP told her that he sees her and Renee differently than the other girls since they do have kids at home and he wouldn't keep her away if he didn't like her.

Renee and JP seem to be hitting off really well! They had a very sexy photo and were dressed up like old Hollywood starts. She even had the guts to say she thought he would kiss her during the photoshoot, so obviously she was wanting one!

During the actual date part of the night, things got a little crazy! Nikki confronted Victoria about getting a little to drunky drunk on the date. Well I'm going to blame this one on Nikki because everyone knows you can't tell a girl she is drunk! She will automatically say she's not... or in Victoria's case, say "I'm just fun sober." Sure you are girlfran... She then went on to tell the camera one on one "I'm gonna straddle him everyday. Because that's what life is about." I guess she just had that whole idea in her head because of her photo shoot today!

 

Victoria continued to drink and got pretty messy. Renee finds her in the bathroom crying and sobbing that she hasn't had her one on one time with JP yet and at this point, she is just done with this whole thing and ready to go home! Lucy took it upon herself to be a tattle tail and go tell JP that Victoria was loosing it, so he went to the bathroom to see her drunk ass for himself.
She wouldn't come out, so he went on with his night and went and spoke to the other girls about the rose. I was excited that he gave the rose to Kelly! He said goodnight to the girls and ask them to take care of Victoria for the rest of the night.
To my surprise, Victoria was taken to a hotel to sleep off her crazy that night. Juan Pablo went and greeted her and talked to her about everything the next morning. She didn't seem very remorseful, but she apologized and said she still wanted to be here. He clearly wasn't feeling it, and went ahead and sent her home.


On a side note, I am so happy that Kelly got the rose on the group date. She is definitely one of my top five favorites! She and Molly (her puppy) seem like the perfect package!! Maybe not for JP, but I'm sure I could hook her up with one of Stu's friends and it'd be great! She is from Atlanta, so hey... that's not a long shot!

With Clare, Kat and Kelly already having roses, Juan Pablo started the rose ceremony out by calling Cassandra first! Nikki and Andi to follow, Elise, Sharleen, then Renee, Danielle (whoever she is??), Lucy, Alli, Chelsi, Lauren, and the last rose went to Christy. So that means goodbye to
Amy L. & Chantel.

Bachelor Recap Night 1

If you didn't see the premiere episodes Sunday and Monday night of Juan Pablo's season of The Bachelor, you missed out!! As always, I was glued to my tv with twitter ready to go! I tweet using #TheBachelor during the entire season with other Bachelor fans and friends of mine. I also follow some of the old bachelor and bachelorettes off the show and love to read the stuff that they tweet during shows :)

 

The first night is always one of my favorites because the bachelor gets to meet 25 hopeful women who all want his attention. Well Juan Pablo had 27 to fight for him. He only gets to keep 15 of them at the end of the night though. All of the girls want to get out of the car and make a perfect first impression on him, but sometimes they just are a little odd. Lauren P rode in on a piano and stopped in front of JP and played for him. It sounded nice, until she got really nervous and messed up. Lucy got out of the car bare footed and dancing around like a fairy. She said she is a free spirit so she doesn't like to wear shoes. Nikki, the nurse, had a stethoscope for him to listen to her heart, while another girl brought his daughter a handmade little bracelet. Most of the girls were ok, but of course there were some that I have deemed my favorites for the season!

 Renee is a single mom who surprising in my mind, didn't get the first impression rose. I think that she could really go far this season if she doesn't pull the crazy card. She has an 8 year old son that JP seemed to like since he has a 5 year old daughter. There was a spark of connection, but not enough to where it seemed anymore than other women in the house.

 

Free Spirit Lucy, go home now and save us all. Not only did she not have shoes on, but her feet looked dirty when she threw them over JP's lap. Gross Lucy!! Free spirit is one thing, but you are competing with girls who actually take care of themselves; I wonder if she shaves her legs! I don't know what he saw in her, but I am sure I was not the only one that dropped my jaw when he called her name for a rose.

 

I love Andi! There was an instant connection between her and JP whens he got out of the car. When she got her chance to have a little one on one talk to him, she seemed to really impress him too by telling him that she was an attorney and a prosecutor at that! She is a very cute girl and seems like one that will stay out of drama. I hope she makes it to top 3 if not leaving the season on his arm :)

 

 Kookie Kylie! This poor girl made a fool of herself during he rose ceremony when JP called Kat's name and Kylie stepped up for a rose. Can you say AWKWARD!! And he didn't pick her for his 15 either :/ She looks great in outfit above, but maybe it was the pink pageant dress she decided to wear that didn't get her a rose. Oh well, there's always  next time my ginger friend!

Crazy Amy was a bit psycho during the first night! Not only did she keep saying that Juan Pablo was the man of her dreams and that she could see their future together, but she brought her massage table and gave him a massage! She had some of her "special" oils and rubbed them on his suit. Um what?! She got him to take of his jacket while she rubbed his back, but he still had a shirt on. She kept saying that she felt like they could be a great couple together and they had a lot in common, but failed to mention what it was?! Sorry Amy, but I guess JP didn't feel the same about you. He sent her home, and she cried  the cameras at the end.

 

 Kelly brought her dog Molly. She seems to be a very cute and nice girl, but she wasn't over friendly or mean so she will have to do something special next week to get noticed more!

 Sharleen. I don't even know why she came on the show. Not only is lacking personality, but she also couldn't be less interested in Juan Pablo! She is from Canada but has been living in Germany for 3 years. She had a modest dress on that caught Juan Pablo's attention for the right reasons. He sat down with her outside one on one and she talked about trying not to eat meat in Germany, "I order pea soup, but when I get it, there's a wiener on top." Well something about that sentence obviously impressed him, because he got up and went and got the first impression rose for her. ... Only during that 30 second walk to get the rose, She had a chance to think to herself that she wasn't very attracted to JP. He came back and presented the rose and said there was something special about her, blah blah blah, and her response was "sure."

 

Maggie, Bless her heart, is from North Augusta! She seems to be a sweet southern girl, but her accent is too country for me, an apparently Juan Pablo too because he sent her home packing. Maybe next time South Carolina!

 

The Bachelor will be on every Monday night at 8 on ABC!
